Ok so I don't even get asked questions very frequently! But I'm sure you've got questions
and here's something that may answer whatever question you have.
I'D LIKE TO TRY THE SOAP BEFORE I DECIDE TO BUY ANY, DO YOU GIVE FREE SAMPLES?
WHAT DOES THE FREE SAMPLE LOOK LIKE?
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY SOAPS TO BE SENT TO ME?
I ALREADY BOUGHT SOAPS
AND LOVED THEM! HOW CAN I HELP GET THE WORD OUT ABOUT THESE SOAPS?!?
ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY SOAPS, WHAT DO

YeS I do give free samples! But because I'm trying to promote my site, you can only get a free sample if you help me out!. Oh its not that hard. You can do one of 2 things.
#1. LINK ME TO YOUR SITE: put a link to Traci's Sensational Soaps on your website (website must be active and have visitors) and leave it there for at least 2 weeks (after 2 weeks is up its your choice weather or not you want to leave my link there..although it would be greatly appreciated if you left it longer!).
#2. *AD* ME IN YOUR ZINE: If you run an online e-zine or an offline newsletter and will put my ad in your newsletter (even if only for one issue) in exchange for the free sample.
#3. PASS OUT CARDS: This is the one that ANYONE CAN DO...if you promise to pass out at least 15 [or more!] of my business cards (its really not hard to do and would be greatly appreciated)
WHAT DOES THE FREE SAMPLE LOOK LIKE?
I think the free samples are the most unique soaps! They're made from little bits of left over soap and all melted together, which means some look tye dyed, some are all one color, some have shimmer in them, some have beautiful unique smells..etc. No two free samples are alike. They're small circular shaped soaps (the same size as the mini soaps, aprox 1 inch diameter) VeRy Cute!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE
FOR MY SOAPS TO BE SENT TO ME?
Anywhere from 3 days to 3 weeks. This depends on the amount of soaps you order, your
payment method, and how many orders I have to fill. If paying by check, your soaps will be
held (aproximately 10 days) until your check clears. If your order is a fair/small order
(1-50 soaps) they usually will be sent within 3 days of receiving payment. If ordering a
fairly large amount (100 or more) it could take up to 3 weeks (sometimes more depending on
how many soaps you order because I wouldn't buy the supplies for your order until I
received your payment). Please note that the amount of time it takes me to fill large
orders depends on how many orders I have coming in at the time. Please keep this in mind
if your ordering a large amount of soaps and will need them by a certain date. I will
contact you when your soaps are sent.
I NEED MY SOAPS BY A CERTAIN DATE, HOW MANY WEEKS IN ADVANCE CAN I ORDER
SOAPS TO MAKE SURE THAT THEY ARRIVE ON TIME?
You can order soaps up to a year in advance, I will begin working on them as soon as I
receive payment and send them out as soon as they're done!

Its very important that you email me and let me know so that we can figure out what has
happened and then go from there. I may not have received payment or your package may have
been lost.

I package my items VERY well so it is very rare that anything is ever damaged, however if
somehow you receive a badly damaged soap then you may exchange the soap for a new one
(given you follow the replacement instructions).

HOW DO I GET MY DAMAGED ITEM REPLACED?
1. Email me right away and tell me exactly what is wrong with the soap (this way we can
figure out if the soap truely was damaged)
2. After we talk through email and figure out what the problem with the soap is, send
damaged item(s) back within 5 business days. (I will pay you back for the money you spend
on shipping the items to me).
DO YOU EVER GIVE DISCOUNTS OR HAVE SPECIAL OFFERS?
YES!!! I give discounts to people who buy in bulk. If you buy 200 or more soaps you can
save bigtime on the final total depending on how many you buy. I also give discounts to
multiple buyers (customers who order 3 times or more). You should also check back as much
as possible for promotional offers. Like freebies and bonuses when you buy something.
WHAT SOAPS WOULD YOU RECOMMEND I BUY?
The soaps I would recommend aren't always the most expensive soaps..the ones i recommend are the ones that look the best as finished products (after being wrapped in plastic wrap and everything). The ones I would strongly recommend (especially for gifts or gift baskets) are: the bar soaps, the snowflake bars , the mini christmas set , the string of lights , large rose, double printed hearts, sunflower soap , mini swirl soap set , star flower soaps, , happy soap set, all of the sea shells in the sea creatures set , the leaf soap, the suns in the sun and moon set. Just because I haven't strongly recommended the other soaps doesn't mean they don't turn out beautifully, it just means that the plastic wrap may not be as air tight as on the strongly recommended soaps.

for suggestions and I'd love to know what type of soaps people are looking for. If you are
in desperate need for a soap in a certain shape, I will do my best to find a mold for the
shape of soap you'd like and make your soaps.
